Dutch duo The Voyagers is one of the country’s most interesting acts conquering the world wide dance scene. Both having a history in 4×4 UK Garage and now making waves with Future House and Garage, the love for funky bass lines and solid harmonies are taking them to new heights with every release.
Influenced by classic dance acts like Daft Punk, Breakbot and The Twelves it’s obvious The Voyagers are somewhat unique. For these guys know how to deliver their tunes, using lots of chords and wild, funky bass lines. On stage this results in cool, energetic shows where their own material gets mixed with special edits and exclusive, new or classic dance tracks.
Original and accessible, that’s how it is, combining future and deep house with original big room tunes and maybe a lost trap tune here and there.
When it comes to their own productions, it’s all praise up till now. The Voyagers already saw their records get picked up by DJs like Oliver Heldens, Hardsoul and Tchami as well as Martin Garrix, Julian Jordan and Jay Hardway.
Signed at world famous dance label Spinnin’ Records since 2014, it was the Oliver Heldens edit of their track ‘A Lot Like Love’ that same year that struck a chord with the international dance crowds. After that, their early 2015 collab with Alpharock titled ‘Crossover’, released on Tiësto’s imprint Musical Freedom, took them further to star status.
Now, The Voyagers are set to take over the clubs and festival to plant their tunes into the minds of the crowd even more! Get ready for a very special voyage into deep and heavy dance music, these Dutchmen got something special lined up for you.
